This is one of my favorite songs off of my mixtape “The Streets Need Music.” Its real personal, if you can read in between lines lol… I spoke about alot of issues that were on my mind.

The day I heard Jay-z’s version of Run This Town, I hit up my friends at GM Productions and begged them to stop a project they were in the middle of making so that they can remake that beat for me. The beat was suppose to sound similar but different and I feel they did exactly that. In 45 minutes I got the beat back via email, and the song was done maybe 45 minutes after that.

The first to verses were general emotions that I wanted to let out. But the third verse was full of personal emotions that i chose to subliminally let out through lyrics.. Hope You Enjoy It… -PremeDaPrez
